Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower head
  • 2tbsp sesame oil
  • 1tsp salt
  • 2-3 onions (chopped)
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 cups peas and carrots
  • 2-3 scallions
  • 2cups frozen corn(optional)
  • 2tsp ginger paste
  • 2tbsp cooking oil
  • 2tsp white or black pepper
  • 1tsp soy sauce (optional)

  • First of all cut cauliflower head into 2 pieces and remove buds then set a bowl of cauliflower in the food grinder and after 5-7 minutes set aside
  • In another bowl, mix, sesame oil, ginger garlic paste, and white or black pepper; and salt then set aside
  • Heat the cooking oil in a large pot. Add eggs and cook until cooked through, for 5-7 minutes per side. Let them cool set aside then add onions, carrots, corn, and peas and stir them carefully for 5-10 until tender.
